For over two decades, Miss Grimble Desserts has built a reputation of baking classic desserts for the country’s finest Restaurants, Hotels and Gourmet Shops in the metropolitan New York area. Using only pure, natural ingredients and knowledge of the taste of sophisticated diners, the  Miss Grimble bakers have helped make quality dining a true and satisfying pleasure.


Miss Grimble’s produces a full line of high quality desserts and, in addition to our World Famous Classic Vanilla Cheesecake, there are many other dessert items we could produce for you. We take great pride in the service we provide to all our customers; welcoming the two cakes per week account as well as the 10,000 cake accounts!!


In addition to our fabulous cake dessert line, we also produce a line of Brownies, Blondies and Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Cookies.


If you need specific cakes baked for you, we can provide whatever it is that you need. We are, indeed, flexible. Almost all of our cakes come in 10” and 7” (gourmet) size. We can slice (at an additional charge) or score (no additional charge) cakes for you.

In addition to the above-mentioned products, we also produce a complete line of Pockets and Quiche under the Miss Grimble Gourmet line.


We also produce a complete line of highly decorated individual Tarts and Petit Fours under the Maurice Pastry label.
